For those who love fresh local produce, Bristol’s plethora of food markets have something to suit all tastes. Below is our attempt at listing as many of the city’s regular markets as possible, but if we’ve missed any, or if any of the information is out of date, let us know and we’ll update the list!


Wednesdays:

Bristol Farmers’ Market

Corn Street and Wine Street, 9.30am – 2.30pm


Thursdays:

Fishponds Farmers’ Market

Straits Parade, 9.30am – 1.30pm (2nd Thursday of the month only)


Fridays:

Eastville Market

Eastgate Road, 9am – 3pm

Whiteladies Road Farmers’ Market

Corner of Whiteladies Road and Apsley Road, 8.30am – 2pm (1st Friday of the month only)


Saturdays:

Southmead Market

Southmead Hospital

Whiteladies Road Farmer’s Market

Corner of Whiteladies Road and Apsley Road, 8.30am – 2pm (3rd Saturday of the month only)

Westbury on Trym Market

Medical Centre car park, 9am – 1pm (4th Saturday of the month only)


Sundays:

Tobacco Factory Market

Tobacco Factory car park, Raleigh Road, 10am – 2.30pm

Eastville Market

Eastgate Road, 9am – 3pm

Slow Food Market

Corn Street, 10am – 3pm (first Sunday of the month only)
