Spread the love

Book your place now for the second annual Authentic Indian Banquet, being held on Saturday, March 3rd 2012 to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.

The event will be held at The Elmgrove Centre in Redland, offering diners over 14 homecooked, authentic dishes, Indian entertainment and a well stocked bar! The last event raised an impressive £6,885 in one night, and photos can be seen on the Bath & Bristol Fundraising Team’s Facebook page.

Tickets are £25 per head, and can be booked individually or as a table of 10. To book – and for more information – email organiser Khurm by clicking this link.

The team are also on the lookout for volunteers to help with bar orders, clearing tables, raffle ticket sales; to name a few duties. Volunteers get the same top quality food as everyone else! If you know anyone who may be interested please pass their details on to the team via the email address above.

The last banquet featured some great raffle items, and the team are looking to build on this. If you know anyone or have anything that would fit well please get in touch. The banquet in 2012 will have 18 tables, each of which will have a unique name relevant to the evening. The team are offering local businesses the opportunity to sponsor a table with their company logo for the sum of £100 – something that has already proved to be popular.
