The Gothic Mansion, Bristol’s best kept secret, is hosting a Christmas bazaar with a difference in aid of St Peter’s Hospice. Offering an eclectic mix of crafts and food stalls in a uniquely atmospheric setting, the bazaar is taking place on Thursday 6 December, 2.30pm-8.00pm in Knowle.

Christmas shoppers visiting The Gothic Mansion, a Grade 2 listed building with magnificent views across the city, will be treated to a selection of festive stalls showcasing the best local crafts and food. Guests will also be able to take afternoon tea or drink mulled wine in the grand, gothic style lounge with its roaring open fire, or outside within the grounds while browsing the bazaar.

The bazaar will also feature a Santa’s grotto and ‘Xmas-Factor’ style singing competition with competitors being invited to perform from local schools, choirs and as individuals at 6.00pm that evening. Also on offer will be a variety of artisan food producers, a quirky snowman soup as well as traditional mince pies. The Gothic Mansion is also proud to announce the display of Bristol’s largest Christmas tree in front garden, a 50 foot Leylandii tree.

Don’t miss the chance to explore the exclusive Gothic Mansion venue while you Christmas shop. It’s all for a fantastic local good cause.

All entrance fees are being donated to local charity St Peter’s Hospice, who will also have a stand at the bazaar.
