Tesco Wine Fair 2014

On 1st November, the annual Tesco Wine Fair will return to Brunel’s Old Station for two days of tastings, wine workshops and fun. Celebrating the eleventh year of the Tesco Wine Fairs, Bristol is one of five UK cities hosting the two-day event this autumn.

The Fairs are a great opportunity for wine lovers to taste almost 400 wines from regions across the world. If you are planning a wedding, a party or simply looking for what wines to drink at Christmas, the Wine Fairs are the perfect place to get in some research. Whether you prefer sparkling wine, rosé wine, fortified wine, red wine or white wine, they are all available to taste and with tickets priced at only £12, the Fairs are a fun day out and fantastic value too.

Not only are visitors able to sample hundreds of wines at the Fairs, they are invited to attend free workshops and participate in wine walks, leading them on a journey of wine discovery and exploration. For the first time this year the Fairs also incorporate ‘sensory pods’ and a ‘walk-in wine clinic’ where visitors can find the answers to any questions they have about the often confusing world of wine.

Tesco remains the only multiple retailer to offer wine lovers the chance to try such a wide variety of wines in one place. As well as visiting Bristol, the Tesco Wine Fairs will also be calling in on Birmingham, London, Manchester and Edinburgh.
