Restaurant chain Giggling Squid, which currently operates 10 venues around the South and Midlands, has announced a provisional opening date for its new Bristol restaurant of Monday, February 23rd.
The “authentic, rustic and fresh” Thai chain is taking over the former Strada site on Clifton’s Princess Victoria Street for its 88 seater restaurant, which will feature a menu focused on “street food and coastal specialities”, with Thai tapas options, larger dishes and combi meals with starters.
