Many of you who’ve read previous posts of mine will be familiar with the name Iza Redon: the lady behind the La Cuizine cookery school and the Chez Iza Supper Club. Now – for true Francophiles – Iza has once again teamed up with the Alliance Française to offer French cookery and conversation classes…
The course is a great chance for those with GCSE level French and above to brush up on their conversation skills (especially food-related vocab!) while broadening their knowledge of French cuisine and meeting like-minded people.
Starting on May 5th at 7.30pm, the course takes place in Clifton and costs £72 per person (ingredients are extra for each session), with 3 sessions of one and a half hours each once a week. With only 4 students maximum per group, you’re guaranteed lots of time with Iza to brush up on your French and cookery skills.
