Head to the Spike Café at Spike Island on the evening of Thursday, November 3rd for a special vegetarian tasting menu from former Café Maitreya head chef Mark Evans.
The evening, which will be the first in a series of “culinary collaborations” at the venue, will see diners enjoying a “seven course vegetarian feast celebrating the vibrant flavours of autumn”. The menu includes such delights as a warm salad of hickory-smoked crispy squash, Bloody Mary ravioli and a pumpkin, pecan and white chocolate tart, and can be seen in full by clicking the link below.
Tickets are £23.95 per head, or £33.95 per head including wine pairings from independent wine merchants Grape & Grind.
Vegan alternatives are offered for each course, as are gluten-free options where possible – simply advise Spike Island when making your booking.
