Having recently recruited a new head chef, Clifton Kitchen have unveiled their Autumn menu, available from Tuesday, October 25th.
The Princess Victoria Street-based restaurant have recruited head chef Tom Quick, who has taken over the kitchen only this week. His new menu continues the restaurant’s tradition of working with local ingredients, and offers diners a choice of five starters, five mains and four desserts.
Enjoy dishes such as roast heritage beetroot with shaved ewe’s cheese, Autumn mustard leaf & pumpkin seed dressing (£4.95), roast breast of Barbary duck, pressed potato terrine, Autumn greens & sweet garlic (£16.95), and Cox apple & plum crumble with toasted almonds and homemade custard (£5.45).
