Book now for a fantastic-sounding champagne dinner at Clifton’s Lido on Thursday, May 24th.

The dinner will start with a Champagne reception at 7.30pm, and will be followed by a 4-course dinner created by head chef Freddy Bird, paired with Henriot Champagnes.

Tickets are priced at £50 per person, and can be booked by calling the Lido on 0117 933 9533. As a taster, dishes on the sample menu include wood-roast asparagus, bocconcini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan (paired with NV Henriot Blanc de Blancs) and plaice, crab, ground elder, mussels (matched with 2003 Henriot Vintage).

Henriot has enjoyed seven generations of uninterrupted ownership since the 1700’s, making it one of the oldest family-owned houses in Champagne. It is found in some of the finest independent retailers and restaurants in the UK, rather than the multiple off-trade outlets on the high street, and the brand has particularly focused on links with gastronomy.

It is likely that the event will sell out fast, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment!
