The Bristol Conclave are excited to announce that they will be hosting a cider master class, open to anyone in the food and drinks industry, on Tuesday March 26th from 6.00pm-8.00pm at At-Bristol.
The Cider event will be hosted by guest speakers Simon Russell from the National Association of Cider Makers (NACM) and Pete Snowman from the famous Bristol Cider Shop. The evening’s presentation will give an in depth insight into the cider category and its future followed by a tutored cider tasting.
Conclave meetings are held throughout the year and are open to journalists, bloggers, merchants, sommeliers and drink and food enthusiasts from the South West area. Taking the form of informal tastings and presentations, the meetings offer not only the perfect opportunity to taste a range of drinks but it is also a brilliant networking forum.
The Bristol Conclave is organised by Bristol based PR company Proven Communication, whose Managing Director, Bryony Wright, comments: ‘We are very excited to be hosting a cider event with Simon & Pete and are looking forward to both an informative and enjoyable event, exploring a category that is rapidly growing and has true roots at the heart of the West Country.’
Admission will be £5 on the door and anyone that is interested in attending please contact Rosie Clarkson to secure your place on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01179 924 9303.
