“It’s what an Egg McMuffin should be” say Grillstock on their Facebook page, speaking of their new breakfast bap, launched on Thursday, April 18th.
The St Nicholas BBQ joint is now offering its sure-to-become-legendary breakfast bap on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 8am to 10am.
Says Grillstock founder Jon, “We start by slapping a portion of 18 hour hickory smoked pulled pork on a hot griddle just until it starts to caramelise, then add a cheese slice so it melts. On top of that we add a fried egg and then serve the whole thing in a toasted sesame seed bap.
The team have now also picked up a US diner-style filter coffee machine…head over soon to enjoy an introductory offer of a bap for £3.50 or throw in a filter coffee too for just £3.95.
