Tim Maddams (founder of Green Sauce and former head chef at River Cottage) and Romy Gill (chef patron of Romy’s Kitchen in Thornbury) will be hosting a pop-up supper on the evening of Thursday, July 16th at Romy’s Kitchen on Castle Street, Thornbury.
Tickets for the evening are priced at just £35 per head, with the ticket price including two starters, two mains and two desserts, every course combining both great local ingredients and exciting Indian flavours.
