If you’re looking for a foodie way to celebrate the start of the bank holiday weekend, head down to Cargo 2 at Wapping Wharf on Friday, May 26th, where the retail hub’s businesses will be celebrating their opening!

From 5pm to 8pm, Cargo 2’s varied mix of retailers will be offering tasters and samples, plus offers and discounts to celebrate the opening. We’ve been told that you can also expect some surprise entertainment on the day…

The various shops, restaurants and other retailers in Cargo 2 will be opening on a range of days throughout May, but this event will give Bristol residents the chance to celebrate them all together.

Some of the offers for May 26th that have already confirmed include:

  • Free souvlaki wraps all day from The Athenian
  • Free samples from The Bristol Cheesemonger
  • Taco tasters from Cargo Cantina
  • Free bamboo gift for the first 50 people through the door of Mabboo after 5pm (plus any customer spending £30 between 5-8pm will receive a free bamboo gift)
  • Tombola with prizes at Spuntino – plus they’ll be giving out vouchers
  • Pure Yoga will be hosting free taster sessions from 2pm until 4.45pm. Please book in advance by emailing ameliapureyoga@gmail.com or calling 07779 686711.
