There’s a new addition to Bristol’s mobile catering scene in the form of Prairie Rose: beautiful vintage Airstream trailers that have been sourced from Texas and converted into mobile bars. And now, father and son owners Robin and Lewis are inviting the people of Bristol to join them at their launch event, taking place on Saturday, November 4th at The Station on Silver Street.

The pair have combined their love of Airstream trailers with their extensive event bar history to create Prairie Rose, which caters for everything from small weddings to festivals of thousands alike. Their drinks menu is extensive and fully customisable, including cocktails using house-made cordials and syrups, draught beers (each trailer has 12 taps and they work with a range of suppliers), soft drinks, wines, hot drinks and more.

To celebrate their arrival, Prairie Rose are hosting a launch event at The Station from 1pm to 11pm on Saturday, November 4th. With free entry, it’s a chance to enjoy both cocktails and music with an Americana slant, plus food from Smoke Catering and the Eldon House pop-up. There’ll be plenty of bands and DJs to keep the crowds entertained too.
