A fantastic competition from Brisfest…how would you like the chance to win a pop up music festival in your workplace?

Bristol’s biggest music festival has teamed up with Pieminister and Bath Ales – who will be at Brisfest this September – to stage a pop up festival in one local workplace this July. The “Festival Friday” prize will not only include some of Bristol’s best local bands (handpicked by Brisfest organisers), but also a selection of Pieminister pies to feast on, and Bath Ales beers to wash them down.

All types of organisations – not just businesses, but also charities, community groups and clubs – are encouraged to enter. The more times an organisation is nominated, the more chance they have of winning – but each person can only nominate one organisation.

“We’ll be pulling one organisation out of the hat, so to speak, so the more times their name is in there, the more likely they’ll win,” said Brisfest Director, Poppy Stephenson.

“It’s really easy to nominate your organisation. Just visit www.brisfest.co.uk and follow the links for ‘Win a Festival’. Every person who nominates an organisation will also be automatically entered into a draw to win one of 25 pairs of tickets for Brisfest in September.”

“Creating an event like this would normally cost thousands, and take months of planning, but we’ve teamed up with Pieminister and Bath Ales to bring this once in a lifetime experience to one lucky organisation in July,” said Poppy. “It’s our way of reaching out to the people of Bristol and saying “thank-you” for their ongoing support.”

To win a festival in your workplace simply go to www.brisfest.co.uk and nominate your organisation. The closing date for entries is June 29th. The winning workplace will be chosen on July 2nd with the Festival Friday taking place on July 20th.*

Brisfest, Bristol’s biggest music festival, takes place at Ashton Court Estate on September 22 and 23. Tickets are priced at £31 for the weekend and are available from www.brisfest.co.uk.

*Ts & Cs: Bath Ales will provide 12 cases of ales and beers totalling 144 bottles. The competition is open to any organisation within a 10km radius of Bristol, including businesses, charities, community groups, clubs etc. The winning organisation must be in a position to redeem the prize (i.e. host the festival) on Friday 20th July. Brisfest will organise and manage the event, providing performers, equipment and décor. Each individual may only nominate one organisation and multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
