On 14th October, Hotel du Vin & Bistro launched its new “Le Brunch” concept – taking the nation’s favourite Sunday lunch and adding a little French flair.

A heart warming soup course is followed by a help yourself lavish French Market Table, the centrepiece of Le Brunch at Hotel du Vin: an exciting choice of fresh seafood, crustacea, charcuterie, pâtés, rillettes and a selection of salads, vegetables and freshly baked artisan breads. Then for the main choose from a plethora of favourites including roast rib of beef or Normandy chicken, Bistro burger and whole grilled plaice. To finish, indulge in sweet treats such as traditional apple crumble, crème brûlée or chocolate profiteroles.

Alternatively, there is “Le Grand Sunday Roast”: a traditional Sunday lunch with all the trimmings, served family style within a private dining room. There is even an option to have HdV chefs offer a few carving tips before the guests arrive.

Le Brunch is available each Sunday from 12pm until 3pm accompanied by live jazz for £19.95 per person for 4 courses. Children under 12 years are catered for with their own special menu and tables can be booked by calling 0117 9255577.
