Bristol has a long history of chocolate production…so what better way to celebrate National Chocolate Week (October 14-20) than with a prize from Bristol institution Guilbert’s?
The chocolatier, founded in 1910, was originally based on Small Street, but now has its home on Small Street, selling 100% handmade and hand dipped chocolates to the Bristol public.
Think you are an expert on all Bristol has to offer? Teaming up with Google+ Local, we are giving away great prizes to 5 lucky winners, including a hamper full of chocolate goodies from Guilbert’s Chocolates (ARV £40) for the winner, plus a selection of chocolate treats, for the first, second, third, and fourth runners up (ARV £20), just for sharing your opinions on Bristol businesses.
Enter below by visiting the competition microsite and signing into your Google account, then you can start writing reviews on Google+ Local to get started. Each new review you write is a new entry and chance to win. We will pick the entrant(s) who writes the overall best review(s) during the contest period as the winner(s), so do not forget to write with style.
Here is an idea of the types of things we will be looking for:
• Originality – how creative or original is your review style?
• Capturing the spirit of the places – how well do you describe the atmosphere?
• Unique viewpoints – do you bring unique or different viewpoints?
• Writing style – how well written is your review?
The competition is open to all new reviews of Bristol’s chocolate spots that are written before October 20th 2013. Each new review counts as a new entry, and the best reviews will win – make sure your reviews are publicly viewable and tied to your Google+ account at the end of the judging period to count as entries!
